"Gutom at Malnutrisyon, Sama-sama Nating Wakasan"

      Many of us are suffering hunger and malnutrition  We may get sick in suffering hunger and malnutrition.
        We suffer from hunger because we don't get enough food and not getting enough food over the long term can lead to malnutrition. Those people who have plenty to eat may still be malnourished if they don't eat food that provides the right nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. We must concentrating on storing food that have carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals can assist in maintaining healthy bodies and decrease the number of malnutrition. In having a healthy body is very important. So we must take care of our body so that we cannot suffer malnutrition and any sickness.
         We may not suffer malnutrition if we have a healthy body.  So we must maintain our body strong and healthy.
